I like how the fruit is the only thing that's colored (though it's still pretty pale). It hints at the title, if the painful looking nails didn't make it obvious enough. I don't know if this was your intention or not, but the person appears androgynous to me (probably because of the angle). If this is the case, cool! It always seems that the forbidden fruit theme is usually geared toward men. On a related note, I also like how abstract the meaning is. I mean, you make it clear that this is about "forbidden fruit", but it isn't blatantly sexual. By making this applicable to anyone in any situation, it makes the meaning much more potent. It's like if I had a picture to define the phrase "forbidden fruit", this would be it.
